John Schlueter has been coaching football at Magna Vista High School (Ridgeway, VA)  for 16 years. John Schlueter serves as the OC for the team that has  won 2 Virginia 3A state championships, 2 region
championships, 8 district Championships, and have led their state
classification in scoring offense 4 times (including 2023 in Gun T –
41.2 PPG). Joe Favero is a 2 time Virginia 3A Coach of the Year, 2
time Virginia Region 3D Coach of the Year, 5 time Piedmont District
Coach of the Year, and two time Nike Coach of the Year Clinic speaker.
