Coach Shaw is a graduate of Flowery Branch HS where he played Quarterback for his father Lee Shaw.  Jaybo signed with Georgia Tech out of High School and later transfered to Georgia Southern Universtiy.

Upon completition of his playing days at Georgia Southern Coach Shaw became a Graduate Assistant at Georgia Southern and then became and Offensive Quality Control Coach at Army in 2013.

In 2014 Coach Shaw went to Western Carolina University and became the Wide Receivers Coach.

In 2015 Coach transitioned back to High School and became the QB Coach at Rabun County.  In 2016-2018 he assumed the Roll of Offensive Coordinator

Coach Shaw became the Head Coach at Rabun County in 2019-2021.

Coach just accepted the position of Head Football Coach at Wayne County HS in GA. for the 2022 School Year.
